SHIPMENT & PAYMENT

At ARMOR, our top priority is ensuring your items are delivered as quickly as possible.  We offer worldwide shipping to customers. Orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 1-3 business days of receipt, and you will receive an email notification. Normally, you will receive your order in 3-28* business days from the date placed.

SHIPMENT

Once an order is placed, we process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped from Hong Kong within 1-3 business days, and you will receive an email notification once your package is on its way.   During the peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

When you order multiple products, you may receive them in separate shipments due to stock availability. Delivery time will be affected by the country you live in, the item's stock status, or the shipping method you chose for your order.

Delivery times are estimates and begin on the shipping date.  Delivery may take longer than expected due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other issues.

PAYMENT & PROCESSING

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is authorized.  Once payment is verified, orders cannot be canceled or modified. However, if you need to make a change, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you. Standard processing excludes weekends and public holidays.  Pre-order items follow specific timelines indicated on the product page.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All purchases are processed in HK Dollars and are tax-free within Hong Kong. However, orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to local VAT, import duties, or taxes levied by your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for detailed information before placing an order.

SHIPPING FEE REFUNDS

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where an item arrives damaged. To report a damaged item, please follow our official return protocol.
